Login problems Safari on Iphone

  • Hi! I have just installed your plugin. It works fine in all desktop browsers on my Mac, and also on the iPad. But the No Captcha reCAPTCHA login just keeps turning around when trying to log in through Safari on an iPhone. When using Chrome on the iPhone it works just fine. Any suggestions on what to do?

    As I’m not able to reproduce what you describe on client sites where this plugin is installed, I suspect a configuration issue and/or a conflict with another plugin. Also be sure you are using the correct plugin (there are several with the same name). Be sure to check your settings with google, including the domain name, in particular. Good luck!

    Thanks for your feedback. Yes, it is your plugin I am using :-). As this is only happening on iPhones with the Safari browser (and not with Chrome) it is nearly impossible to check for conflicts with other plugins (as I cannot reproduce this behavior on my Mac). As my customers need to be able to log in I just have to disable the plugin. Thanks again for your fast feedback!
