Login problems with static or dynamic IP addresses, All In One WP Security & Fir

  • Hello,

    I manage a number of websites of schools. After I have installed All In One WP Security & Firewall v3.8.9”, the employees can not log in on their website. When they login at home on their site, they have no problem. Probably the problem is in the use of Dynamic and Static IP Addresses.

    I have the static IP address of the router is placed in the IP Whitelist but that does not work.

    Do you have a solution for this problem?

    Hi vanrijt can you provide a bit more information. For example do you have any other security plugin installed? Do you have a members plugin set up? Do you have a cache plugin installed?

    Can you explain a bit more what you mean by the following comment.

    When they login at home on their site, they have no problem.

    Would a cache plugin interfere with this?

    @brandonwmartin no as long as the cache plugin is configured correctly. I currently use Hyper Cache without any issues. I have also tested W3 Total Cache, WP Fastest Cache and Quick Cache without any problems.
