    Hello,

I tried creating a custom log-in page (using Essentials Add-Ons for Elementor or Ultimate Add-Ons for Elementor).

But no mater what computer, or plug-in I use it won’t log in, and I get an email saying “Login Verification Required”. I can only get this to work if I turn of WordFence Login reCAPTCHA.

Is there another option that allows me to continue to use reCAPTCHA? If not how, unsafe, is turning off reCAPTCHA. Right now I’m using only for subscriber log-in and to see the content on a page.

    Thank you for any help,

P.S. the plug-in is being picked up as a Bot (0.0) on the WordFence reCAPTCHA Score History.

Hi @klngroup, thanks for reaching out to us.

Wordfence 2FA and reCAPTCHA are currently only fully compatible with the default WordPress login pages, and indeed does not extend to most 3rd party user management pages such as WooCommerce or custom forms. There are development plans to bring wider compatibility to Wordfence, but I cannot commit to timescales on new features here on the forums.

    Thanks,

    Peter.

Hi @wfpeter Thank you for the quick reply. Glad to hear you’re looking in to expanding that offering.

If I turn off reCAPTCHA will WordFence still block a user for too many attempts?

    Thank you,

    Hi @klngroup,

Wordfence blocking, brute force and rate limiting settings are separate to the login security features so they will continue to be available after disabling reCAPTCHA.

    Thanks again,

    Peter.
