Login Redirect … ???

I installed this plugin around the same time WordPress updated to 3.6, possibly the day before. Since that time, any attempt to log in (/wp-admin, /wp-login.php) redirects my browser to https://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx. It was tested by someone with another IP and browser as well.
Fortunately, I could bypass it using InfiniteWP and deactivate the plugin, solving the problem. This is the only site I’ve used the plugin, and the only site that had the problem, which is why I thought it might be a plugin conflict.
I’d still like to use the plugin if I can get it to work, but want to know why it redirected to the IC3 site, or if anyone else experienced this problem.
