    Hi,

    Since you are a PRO customer it is best that you communicate via support channel. Kindly go to https://docs.auctionplugin.net/ -> contact to write your problem/query.

    Also, I would need to understand whether you are using PRO Theme or plugin and would you please confirm if I understood the problem correctly which is: You have installed WordPress on your domain hosted on WP.COM. For any new user inside your website are asked to login inside WP.COM. Is that the problem?

    Please do mention in your support query in detail.
