Login/reg pages not working

  • I’m really hoping someone can idenitfy the problem here as I’m desperate to get this working!

    Logins are currently being handled through “Advanced Classifieds and Directory Pro” plugin (https://pluginsware.com/) as the register, login, password reset and members pages will not load in UM – they are just blank, even though the shortcode is correct.

    The option to identify which plugin handles regsitrations and pages it should look for was pointing to UM but it will not work.

    Any clues please and thank you?

  • The same thing is happening to me – register page is blank, even when I make it accessible to everyone. Client is getting pissed, please advise.

    Unfortunately, Ultimate member only supports registration/login via built-in forms. We do not support any other third party registration/login handled by other plugins.

    That’s my point… I’m trying to use UM for login/reg, but since I installed it *after* the other plugin, it won’t work. I have them happily working together on another site but UM was installed first there. I can’t change this arrangement as I have over 100 records listed via the other plugin now ??

    Basically the logins are only being handled by another plugin because UM won’t work!

    My registration page does use the UM form, embedded with the shortcode. Yet it still appears blank.

    So does this lack of response mean you are unable to help us at all even though UM is outputting blank pages for both of us?

    Surely someone else has managed to fix this issue previoulsy? Please point us in the right direction.

    I know you’re busy and understand you deal with paying customers first, but I’m not likely to become one if I can’t get the free one to work ?? Please help!

    I am switching to another solution. I am a member of WPMUDev – it’s well worth it. Here’s their membership plugin: https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/membership/

    Supports bbPress out of the box.
