    Hi

    I have installed the plugin and created the course and I’m using Rowling theme for my site.
    However when I go to test the function it appears glitchy and not properly positioned on the page.
    When I log out of my account (to simulate as a guest visitor to my site) then go to checkout…instead of seeing the sign up and pay function, it directs me to login into the site?
    Does anyone know why this is happening and how to stop it? I’ve done online chat with WordPress and they can’t figure out why this is happening either and the WP admin login has been disabled too.
    The other issue is that I am not sure if the plugin recognises me as the admin and so I have full access to the course or whether I have to add myself as an instructor, but when I tried to do that it tries to create a brand new profile for me? Any reason why this is happening.

    Also if I try to view in preview, it is all pushed over to the right sidebar and is totally unreadable.
    Does this plugin not work with Rowling theme or is there another plugin that is known to conflict with it?

    Hopefully somebody can help

    Cheers

    Hi @alfgasp

    I checked with Rowling theme and all looks fine to me. When trying to checkout, yes it asks you to login and takes to login page.
    If the user is already registered, they can simply login and then continue with the checkout process.
    If the user is not yet registered they can use the Sign Up link in the login form and sign up first. https://imgur.com/8bAQCqh

    About plugin recognizing the admin, I could not completely understand you query so if you could clarify more it would help us to reply. If you are admin, you will also have the instructor ability if that is what you are asking.

    About the preview issue, if your site is live then please provide the site link so that we can check and provide the necessary help.
    Or if it is not live then maybe you can send us some screenshots showing the issue by uploading them to https://imgur.com/.

    Thanks.

    Hello @alfgasp

    We have found the issue while previewing the course on the Rowling theme, it is all pushed over to the right sidebar and is totally unreadable as mentioned by you. We will fix this in our next update. Until then you can add this CSS on your Customizer -> Additional CSS. After we released an update you can remove it.

    .masteriyo-single-course {
        margin-top: 0;
    }

    Thank you.
