Login settings not working

I have read all the previous support listings on this topic. I have just installed a wordpress blog thru my Yahoo! small business hosted website. I do not want people to have to login to leave comments, however, no matter what I do this seems to be required. I have gone to Options/General/Membership and unchecked both boxes, saved my settings but still it requires registration to post a comment. What can I do?
