    Hi,

    I discovered a plugin conflict with Multistep Checkout by Themehigh. With Flexible Shipping enabled, the cart and login tabs are blank. When I disable Flexible Shipping, they are displayed normally.

    Could you please help with this?

    I downgraded to version 4.1.4 and everything is now working as expected.

    I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve experienced such issues.

    We already tried to recreate such issue on our testing environment with the use of Multistep Checkout by Themehigh and our Flexible Shipping free plugin on it’s newest version. I could not get such issue/error as you described. Could you please give us some more details on how you’ve encountered this issue? It would be best to get exact steps to recreate this issue.

    Thanks for your reply!

    I enabled the 2 settings Include Cart Step and Include Login Step in Advanced Settings in Multistep Checkout.

    It used to work fine until I updated Flexible Shipping, and then those 2 tabs just went blank.

    If it helps, I can give you temporary admin access to my site.

    Oh ok, so I understand that the 2 tabs that you’re referring to are the ones from the Multistep Checkout plugin?

    So if I understand it correctly – our Flexible Shipping plugin causes the MultiStep Checkout to work incorrectly?

    Please confirm if that’s right.

    Hi,

    I’d say that’s correct, although the Multistep Checkout plugin is pulling the content for the tabs from WooCommerce, so it’s slightly more complex.

    Due to the fact that we’ve successfully resolved your issue and now everything is working correct I will be resolving this thread.
