• Ok, I’ve gone thru all the troubleshooting.
I’ve reinstalled wordpress and the database.

Still when I log on I get a “The page cannot be displayed”.
When I then go back to the blog and click “site admin” I can get there.
Same thing when I log out. I get blank page, but I did still log out.

This is very annoying. It happens when I change values in admin too, seems to have problems calling wp-login.php

Does it matter that I have another wordpress on the same domain? Different folder though.

I’ve cleared cookies and everything, where do I set cookies for WP? Maybe they interfer?
    Please help.

  • Do you have a cache plugin activated by any chance? Also, are you hosted with Yahoo?

    This is hosted by one.com.
    My other WordPress works fine.

I only have the three plugins that came with it.
    Just installed it.

Will something in this thread help maybe? Good luck!

Thanks, that plugin looks like a good thing.
Doesn’t pop up in my plugins though… weird.

Thanks spencerp! You’re my hero, wish I could buy you an icecream!
I found this in the other thread by MichaelH and it solved my problems:
If you are using Version 2.0.5 then you can edit:
    wp-includes/pluggable-functions.php

    Change line 268

    from:

status_header($status); // This causes problems on IIS

    to:

// status_header($status); // This causes problems on IIS

Awesome! Glad to hear that his solution worked! ?? I knew he had posted about one.com before, just didn’t remember where his other post was at.. At least you got it fixed now! ;):)

Can you change the status of this thread to [Resolved] now, or..?
