login to site not dashboard

i want the wp-login to lead everyone without admin level access to https://www.sitename.com or https://www.sitename.com/members not to wp-admin where the dashboard interface is; thus making it look like a normal membership webpage login not the blog thing with dashboard creation interface.

also want to edit wp-login to look more like a normal login screen not wordpress login screen.
