    Can’t login into my support page at s-plugins.com and can’t recover the password for 2 weeks. Do not get password reset email.

    Hi, did you clear your browser cache? Are you receiving any error messages when you try to log in?

    Yes and tried different browsers with the same result. No message at all. The browser window blinks and as if nothing happened. When try to send a message get a generic error to try later and it goes after the second submit action. Something is fundamentally wrong with the site. Same result on my Android phone.

    You created two separate accounts and logged into the wrong account. That created some confusion. We replied to your email and this should now be resolved.

    Yes, it is resolved now. The problem was that I couldn’t login into either one.
