Login unable

  • Hy there,

    couldn’t login or reset with any of the email adresses I have. Thought it was [email protected]

    Need to work at the homepage and cannot.

    Created a new account now on my name to write to you.

    Your account here on www.ads-software.com has *nothing* to do with the login on your own website. They are totally separate.

    This article lists several completely different ways to reset your password. Any one of them will work and do the job. Find the one that’s right for you and use that: https://www.ads-software.com/support/article/resetting-your-password/

    Hello Steve,

    thanks for trying to help – But everything I type in – the login page says “not found” or “no name on this account”.

    Isn’t there anyone I can call to help me quickly fix this?

    No, there’s no one to call. That’s not how this support works. Did you try the PHPMYADMIN method to look at and modify a row in the wp_users table?

    You might also ask your host, Ionos, to look into this.
