Login user – level 7 error

    Hi,

    I have recently installed your plugin and I have a strange problem….

    I have registered 8 users (including admin) with the following hierarchies:

    1 admin user – level 10
    1 users – level 7
    3 users – level 2
    3 users – level 1

    the case esque I can log in all the users except the one of level 7 that when I enter the credentials redirects me to the home page.

    I have activated DEBUG mode, rebuilt the Premalinks, removed the htcacces file, deactivated the plugins and the theme and still cannot find the solution.

    Do you know why this problem occurs?

    @gseurope there’s a few possible causes for this, but the user level is unlikely to have impact.

    Does this level 7 user have the “read” permission?

    Maybe recreate the role as it’s only 1 user?

    Thanks for your coments.
    I have unsubscribed this user and created a new one, this one has the same permissions including the write one, but when I try to login, it redirects me to the about us page.

    Actually I have these users:
    Collaborator – Level 0 – With read permissions – It works correctly, I can enter the Dashboard
    Mentor – Level 7 – With read permissions – It works correctly, I can enter the Dashboard
    Admin – Level 10 – With read permissions – Works correctly
    Designer – Level 8 – With read permissions – Does not work, even if I raise it up to level 10 …

    I don’t understand why…
    What do you think about this issue?

    Hi @gseurope. Sorry, there’s no easy way to debug this. It requires a careful look at all the details of your permission set up.

    Please try recreating the role as it is only 1 user.

    Hi,

    I deleted the level 7 user and created a new one, cloning the administrator features, a role with level 10 and still not working …

    I have cleared the browser cache, I have also disabled a maintenance plugin, I have generated a new htacces file, and I have rebuilt the premalinks and it still does not work …
