There have been several users the last couple of days, complaining about not being able to see the full content after they have joined and logged in.

A couple even after clearing cache, and switching browsers they were still unable to view the full content. I have cleared the server cache, the website cache, and cloudflares DNS cache.

Can you advice on what to do next, or what the issue might be?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

the page itself is not supposed to be cached by browser in most cases , for a wordpress site, unless your site is very static

ok I put that on, I also made sure litespeed wouldn’t cache the /video/ pages, and I just made a rule in cloudflare to not cache those pages as well. what do i do when someone is having a persistent caching issue?

from LiteSpeed Cache side, exclude /video/ is enough

i did that and the issue still persisted.

I did find that object caching were both disabled could that have something to do with it? i dont think they were like that before.

do you see x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache header over the page in question ?

    Thread Starter abbxxx

    (@abbxxx)

    how would i find it?

    you can check this video

    (@abbxxx)

    yes X-Litespeed-Cache-Control: no-cach is there.

    (@qtwrk)

yeah, this indicates the LiteSpeed Cache is not caching the page.

what’s the full response header ?

does it work with LiteSpeed Cache plugin disabled ?

    (@abbxxx)

What do you mean by that?

    Plugin Support qtwrk

    (@qtwrk)

when you see x-litespeed-cache-control: no-cache , this header means the LiteSpeed Cache plugin is NOT caching the page

and what were all the respose header alone with this one ?

and does the content show up properly if you disable LiteSpeed Cache plugin ?

    Thread Starter abbxxx

    (@abbxxx)

    Server: LiteSpeed

    Vary: Accept-Encoding,User-Agent

    X-Litespeed-Cache-Control: no-cache

    X-Litespeed-Tag: 59f1_HTTP.200

    X-Ua-Compatible: IE=edge

I won’t be able to test something like turning off the litespeed plugin until tomorrow. Could you tell me what might happen?

    Cache-Control: no-cache, no-store, must-revalidate

I don’t know what might happen , but most likely nothing will happen , the site will work as it should , except page cache and page optimization on other pages besides /video/ will be disabled

    Thread Starter abbxxx

    (@abbxxx)

I don’t think anything negative will happen, I was just wondering what to expect or look for once it is turned off. I’m not experiencing what the people who are having an issue with are so I’m not even sure how to fix it since i can’t test it you know.

the content did show up normally when I disabled it to do the most recent update, which after that this kind of thing started happening. So I’m kind of wondering if that caused it some how.
