    Hi,
Recently, the login to the front-end site (Tutor LMS / WooCommerce) receive a message “VERIFICATION REQUIRED: Additional verification is required for login. Please check the email address associated with the account for a verification link.”

It’s due to Recaptcha when it’s activated, but the scores (visible on the admin settings page) are greater than the threshold setting, so Wordfence shouldn’t block the logins.

    Things to note :
    – it was working correctly “before” (I don’t know exactly from when it doesn’t work)
    – I never receive the verification email. I understand that email sending is not the responsability of the plugin, but the website and even Wordfence plugin is able to send other types of emails

Thanks in advance for your help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @semoi,

The WordPress and WooCommerce reCAPTCHA integrations are currently available for their respective default login and registration pages.  Reverting to a default page would combat this issue.

That said, this could be an issue with plugin/theme conflicts too. Double-check the browser console for red errors that might hint at issues with the reCAPTCHA on this page. If our scripts don’t load properly due to an error earlier in the loading process, this is the most common cause of behavior such as this. The best way to test is to run Wordfence as your only enabled plugin and also reverting to a default theme such as Twenty Twenty-Four. If users are able to log in, then re-enable your plugins and theme one-by-one until it breaks again to help find the cause.

    Thanks,
    Margaret
