Login Widget Doesn't Work for me

I’m sure it’s something I did, but for some reason anytime I try and log in with any user (admin or member) using the UM login widget, it doesn’t work and then just opens the UM login page (so I now see two login forms, the login page front and center and the login widget in the sidebar). Only way I can login is through the form on the login page. Any idea what I could have done to break this widget?
