Login with another phone

I guess you are looking for configuring the same google-authenticator code on multiple devices for the same site. It can be done in two ways.

1. By scanning the same QR code on multiple devices (In your case by reconfiguring).
2. You can also use already generated code on another phone with the help of information stored on your site’s database.

Unfortunately, reconfiguring the extension is not an option as the same key or QR-code must be available on more than one occasion.

I have searched the database but can not find the key there. Any tips on what to search for or how to proceed are very appreciated.

The key is stored in the database but it is stored in the encrypted form which can be decrypted by us only so you can raise a support ticket from the plugin or from our website. By this, we can have a screen share call to make it work for you.
