Login with Facebook not working

  • Hi, the login with facebook not works from Facebook app.
    If I click on the link of my site that I shared on a post and I try to login with Facebook, I can’t log in and the site keeps loading continuously.
    How can I do?

    Hello,

    Which exact version of plugin are you using ? Also, I’ve checked several other account, I could their profile picture but not of the one you sent by ticket. Maybe the profile picture is not available (limited account..)

    Hi,
    the 5.7 version.
    This happens for many accounts, but I don’t know if they are limited accounts.
    Oneall has been installed on the site for several years and has always been used and have never had a problem except these last 3 weeks.

    How can I do?

    Could you please contact me by support ticket as you did and tell me which accounts for example having this error ? I will take a look at their FB account.

    Hi, I wrote to you 3 weeks ago with the meetspeaker account, but you still haven’t given me a resolution to the problem.
    The account is paid on oneall and I urgently need to resolve it because I’m losing subscribers to my site…

    the problem is not getimagesize because if i comment that part of the code it doesn’t work anyway
