Login with Twitter button Error

Hello,
“Oops, we ran into an issue! Signed API request to https://api.twitter.com/oauth/request_token has returned an error. HTTP error 401. Raw Provider API response: <?xml version=’1.0′ encoding=’UTF-8′?><errors><error code=”417″>Desktop applications only support the oauth_callback value ‘oob'</error></errors>.”
When I click the ‘Login with Twitter’ bottom of the form, the page shows the error.
So How can I fix this error?
I have added my App ID and App Secret.
