Login Woes

I recently moved my wordpress site to a new host — and after messing with the wp-config file for an afternoon got everything pretty much up and running. The problem is — I can’t log in to the damned thing. I’ve reset the password in phpmyadmin so I know I’ve got my login credentials right — but every time I enter them the page just refreshes. Trying the automatic password reset doesn’t work — If it is sending an email I’m not getting it. I found a hack that #glenara posted a couple weeks ago — but is there a way to fix this for real?
