    Hi there,

I have been using your plugin for a while on another website and works just fine! Thanks by the way for the plugin!!

On a new installation the login page just displays [login_form].

Is there something i am missing?

    cheers

  • Hi @princepsbruno ,

Login Customizer doesn’t use any kind of shortcode as of today.

This shortcode must be used in your theme’s functions.php file.If you are using a cache plugin, kindly clear/purge the cache as well.

    Hi @wpzainab ,

Yes you are right! I did find the php code and works fine!

On the login form states “Username” though I have selected Both Username Or Email Address.

How can I add “Email” to the front end form?

    Thanks

    Hi @princepsbruno,

When you select the option of “Both Username or Email Address”
“Username or Email Address” appears in the login form.
You must be using some cache plugin after saving the plugin settings kindly purge the cache as well to see the changes.

It’s a request here to always make a new thread/ticket for different concerns.

    Regards,
    Team Login Customizer
