• I’m wanting to avoid my visitors from visiting the generic wp-login.php while at the same time using the loginout function in my menu.

Is it possible to customize the function so that it is directed towards a permalink page rather then login.php

    Would appreciate any help!

I’ve actually tried this widget before, and it redirects after the login. What I want to customize is where the user goes to login, rather then where they are redirected to after they are logged in.

To further illustrate, When clicking on login, I want them to be taken to a custom embedded login page within my page that I have set up, rather the the default wp-login.php.

I just had some success in achieving what I want. By editing the wp-includes/general-template.php I was able to redirect the login url and logout url to the pages I wanted.

The Re-directions and login work perfectly, however it does not log a user out.

Any ideas? Do I need to add something to the page in order to clear the cache?

    Thanks
