Login/Register Modal Form Plugin invoked by menu item

Hello,

I am trying to find a decent (free) plugin that would display a login/register form when a menu item is clicked.

Most plugins I found are working with shortcodes, but I don’t want to create a new page and put a shortcode there; I just want the form to be invoked directly from a menu item when clicked, is it too much to ask?
