Login/User Problem

I have a problem now that is very confusing.
I have WooCommerce setup inside a Multi-Site with WooCommerce CRM (3rd party plugin not affliated with WooCommerce), all with everything up to date on versions. There are old and new clients in the system after installing WooCommerce CRM. Woocommerce CRM imported 2000+ users from somewhere and our WooCommerce subsite users are around 275.
I have a password front page setup using Groups plugin for them to login before purchasing.
What is happening is that I have a client that cannot login with the password. When they try to reset the password it says their account isn’t created. Yet, when I try to create a new registration with the same email, it says they are in our database. I can see this client in WooCommerce CRM “Customers” section but not anywhere in my WP Users area of my store Multi-site.
It seems that we have two lists. People can login on the users list (WP Users) but not from the customers (WooCommerce CRM) list.
How can we get the WooCommerce CRM list into the WP Users list? Or merge them? So that our previous customers can log in and order from us.
Tests I’ve done: Deactivate all plugins. Still no go.
