Login/wp-admin problem

    Via fantastico I installed a new website (default root directory field, admin data, base configuration) and installed wordpress.
    I’d like to change the default settings but when I type in https://www.domain-name.com/wp-admin I receive a webpage (under construction) This is the future home page.
    Does it take a while before I can get in there or did I mess something up?
