Loginizer suddenly blocking people on many sites

  • I run a web hosting business. I am suddenly receiving many support tickets because people are locked out of their WP sites. I have had this happen to me more than once on several of my own sites.

    Something is going on with Loganizer causing this problem and the quick solution is disable the plugin.

    What else do you suggest? Whitelisting is not an option.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    What you can do at first is go to Loginizer Dashboard and check Your IP mentioned there and then match that IP with the IP you see at https://whatismyipaddress.com/ if the IP does not match then in the same row as your IP you will find an option of Method in that Save the method HTTP_X_FORWARDED_FOR and see if that makes the IP to match.

    And if you could tell us what settings you have set, we can suggest possible reasons and fix them accordingly.
