    How can I upload a site logo as described here?

    If I go to Appearance > Customize > Website Identity, I will only be able to upload the icon for the site. It’s not the same as logo. Icon is what is visible in the browser tab.

    Is the theme activated on the site in question? Once it is activated the options will change because every theme is a bit unique.

    What site are you working on? We will need that information to look closer at what’s happening.

    @lizkarkoski I found it! Yes, the theme was activated, but maybe it required Jetpack? I have Jetpack installed now anyway and now I can upload a logo. Thanks!
