Logo and Favicon Not Working

    Using the Customizr theme, I cannot get the logo and favicon to upload through the ‘Customiz’it’ options. If I click “upload” (for either one), the “open file” dialog box will come up, but after I select the PNG file I want to use, nothing happens. It does appear that the PNG gets uploaded to my \uploads\ folder in the background, but the “saved” button never updates to “Save & Publish”, nor do any other changes occur showing that the image was uploaded (and, of course, it does not show up on my webpage: https://www.livelussovita.com/shop ).

    I have verified that all directory and sub-directory permissions are set at 755 (which wouldn’t seem to be the issue anyway, since the file does appear to actually upload, it just doesn’t trigger the page to take the next step). I have also tried disabling all plugins, which had no effect. From a forum search, it appears that several other people have reported a similar issue, and have tried all of the suggestions in those threads, but I cannot find any confirmed solutions or workarounds available.

    It does look like it is uploading without a problem, but the page never updates or ‘sees’ that the files have uploaded. There is a new version of each of the image sizes created when I hit “upload” (currently up to 17, as shown in the image linked below) but it never actually appears on my site.

    I don’t know what changed, but I was able to get it to work. I suspect that part of the problem (at least with the favicon) was that I was using an image that was too large.
