Logo and Shop Address not showing on Invoice

    Hello,
    I have just installed the free version of your plugin on a site that is not gone live yet. I am experiencing an issue with the logo, shop address and footer text not showing up on the invoice. However, everything looks as it should on the packing slip.

    Any advice would be appreciated.

    Hi @kongb

    If you changed the settings after generating the document, you need to enable the “Test mode” under the plugin General tab.

    Let us know if that works.

    That worked wonders, thanks. Does that mean that this setting should be enabled all the time or just that it should be enabled and disabled again – after any changes made to the design of the invoice ?

    Hi @kongb

    When test mode is disabled, old documents retain their original settings, while new settings are applied only to new documents. If test mode is enabled, all documents, both old and new, will reflect the recent changes in the settings.

    To recap, keep Test mode disabled if you don’t want the old documents to be affected by recent changes in settings.
