Logo centered and up to the menu

Hi.

I’d like to center my logo in this way:

my site name [LOGO] description (Centered with header picture)
my menu centered with header picture

this is for the desktop.

for mobile and tablet i probably should reduce logo dimensions and put it to the left corner,

I tried to act on css but when i center the logo, it does not move so much and also with the menu. Also they moving together, so if i move the logo, also the menu is moving, while i wish to have the logo up and the menu down for the desktop version.
