Logo changing position when logged in

    I have a little issue here and am hoping someone can point me in the right direction.

    When I am logged into this site, the logo is in the correct position under the admin bar, but when I am logged out the position changes. Is there any way stop this from happening?

    Its ok I think I have fixed it, I used:

    .inside-header {
    padding: 0px;
    }
