Logo disappears intermittently until clearing cache

For some reason sometimes I am losing a clients site logo (lcated in the header) and having to clear the cache to fix.
Obviously this is no good so have disabled the plugin for now, is there any way I can stop caching of a certain area or header.php or something? This is my favourite plgin for caching!
