Logo display smaller screens

The editor shows that in all versions of the page that the logo is displaying in the Navbar and the footer. However when I check the page on mobile and tablet versions it displays the logo for the template and only in the navbar. I have deleted the templates logo from the media section and loaded our version of the logo in png format. Kind of lost as to what else to do. Suggestions?
