Logo displays on admin but not on printed PDF

  • Hi, In the set up I’ve specified the company logo but when I preview the logo or try and print an invoice I just get the little icon for missing image.

    Any ideas why its not showing?

    The pdf library DOMPDF may not support all image file types which may have caused the issue. We have another library to render PDF. Kindly try installing our?mPDF addon?and see if that makes a difference. Additionally, you may go through this article to know more.
