Logo Gif flickering outsides?

  • So, I created a gif but something i keep getting when uploading it into my library and adding it to wordpress as my logo is that it goes and makes a flickery outline of the gif. It has a transparent background to the logo/photo in the gif. Anyone ever have this issue?

    I don’t see this flicker, I’m using google chrome on my laptop. Is this on a particular tablet or phone? Perhaps a different browser?
