Logo graphic and menu not adjusting correctly in responsive mode

When I first set this site up, the responsive aspect worked perfectly with the logo graphic resizing in the upper left corner and menu in the upper right on mobile.

I’ve made some light formatting changes, added a few ads etc and just noticed the logo is now in the middle of the screen and the menu is off screen (you have to scroll right to see it) in mobile now.

I had added some stuff to header.php but thought I removed it all…Wondering if maybe I didn’t remove all of it and maybe a leftover snippet is causing this error..? Not sure what to look for in the header.php so hoping for a little help.

I am completely stumped and on the verge of moving to a new theme but I LOVE Customizr so figured I’d ask.
