Logo grid template causes white screen of death

  • Whenever I add a logo grid from your free templates, my homepage doesn’t work at all. Deleting the logo grid fixes the problem. (Or using a new logo grid instead of your template)

    Using PHP 7.3 and latest wordpress

    I just checked my site (both local and live) and found that the Logo Grid widget is working fine as it should.

    Did you perform a conflict check? There is a high chance of conflicting with any theme or plugin. If you didn’t then please check and let us know.

    Before that please make sure you have the proper environment for your WordPress site:
    1. Your WordPress, Elementor, and HappyAddons are up-to-date.
    2. You have cleared the browser cache.
    3. You have tried different browsers.

    Let us know the update. However, if your site is still not working with the Logo Grid widget then you can contact our support here.
