Logo in Google Chrome

I am doing this website https://www.milestonelandscape.com

The logo on the Home page looks great in IE, but when viewed in Google Chrome it shrinks before your eyes into a tiny thumbnail in the left hand corner. How do I correct that ?

Also, I am using Marketer Pro.
