Logo is not updated

    The update of the icon image fails. I have updated the icon image using the toolbar on the top of the website, namely using the push button customize, theme options, Header, Side Identity and updating the icon image (circle full pink), finally publishing. However, the update is not published, and I see the old icon image (circle full white). I have cleaned the cash and delete all the old images in media, but nothing changes.
    I have tried to make the some procedure using the right toolbar on the bulletin board, choosing firstly Appearance and Customize, and the some procedure before, but nothing changes with the update. Then, I have tried Appearance and Header, and the same procedure as before and now after the update the new icon appear until I am in Header, but nothing change the url of the website. Why the system upload the right image and doesn’t update it. I have also renamed the file. What is the problem?
    Please, could you help me?

    May be due to cache you are facing such issue. We recommend you to clear the cache from the plugin you are using for caching your website.

    What do you mean with clear the cache from the plugin you are using for caching your website? I need to disactivate some plugin or just clear the cache in the plugin dashboard?
    These are all the plugin I have activated: Catch Gallery, Catch IDs, Catch Infinite Scroll, Catch Themes Demo Import, Catch Web Tools, CoBlocks, Essential Content Types, Essential Widgets, Mystery Themes Demo Importer, SG Optimizer, Social Gallery and Widget, To Top, WP Blog Post Layouts.
    I have now renamed the icon image and I have uploaded it choosing Appearance and Customize, and I have saved the change as draft

    but when I publish it then the change does not appear see the website published.

    I have cleared the dynamic cache in SG Optimazer.
    I understand that the problem is only in the publication.
