Logo is replaced by small header image?

Hello,

This plugin replaces my site logo with the image that I choose and not the header image. I think there is something messed up with this. I’m guessing this is a conflict between my template and this plugin. Might be nice to have a way to choose what is replaced in the plugin to avoid issues like this. Anyway, just thought you should know.
