    Howdy angelakweber,

    There are a couple possible solutions. Let’s start with the easiest first:

    1. Try a different page template. Go to EVEnts > Settings > Display, and select a different template from the template drop down. Try them all. Do any work after you click save?

    2. Change themes. Some themes do not support WordPress Custom Post Type archive pages, which is what you are seeing here. They are a standard page within WP that plugins like ours will create. More info here on wp.org: https://codex.www.ads-software.com/Post_Types

    3. Get an integration expert to add support for WP Custom Post Types to your current theme.

    Hopefully one of those works. Definitely start with #1, might be an easy fix. Cheers!
