    Hello,

My logo is missing in the pdf invoice, also if I try to print it. It says:

image not found or type unknown

I am aware that there are a lot of topics about this problem, but not one of them solved my problem.

I have tried to enable/disable test mode, other jpg and (transparent) png logos, compatible mode, most current settings,&debug=true and reinstalling the plugin. Nothing helped. I found out that if I change the template to Simple, the logo will appear. Also I have the same website with a different name at the same host, and there it’s working fine.

So something went wrong, but can’t figure out what. Can you please help me? I really appreciate it and love the plugin. Thank you in advance ??

    Hi @ramzyyy,

Thanks for being a fan of the plugin!

At 1st glance it sounds like you might have a comma (,) instead of a period (.) in your logo height settings? Could you verify that for me?

If you go ahead & change that, remember to stay in test mode in order to regenerate the inbox with the latest settings.

@ramzyyy If the issue is only happening with the custom template and not with the Simple template, I suspect that there’s may be harcoded link to an image somewhere. I recommend double checking the source of your custom template (and comparing it to the official Simple template) to see if you can spot where that might be. If the Simple template works fine it is most likely NOT settings related.

Thank you both for the quick responses! It was indeed the dead hardcoded link. I did not realized it was a custom template. The issue is solved now ??
