• 1. There is a small placeholder that says Back Home on my main page where my logo used to be. I have looked in the menu area and can’t find where to place information with a link to my logo.

    2. Can I also put a Contact Us button in that area? I have a button down on the main page itself but would like to move it up where it is more noticeable?

Basically, other than the menu items, I don’t know where to go to add other things to that area.

    Thank you.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi there,

Please also ensure to use the latest version of the theme.

It’s also recommended testing for a plugin conflict by deactivating all the third party plugins on your site, and see if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can specify which one by reactivating them one at a time.?

    Thank you!

Thank you for your reply. I discovered yesterday that it is related to my changing my site from http to https. I noticed that if I open any page other than my Home page and remove the s and refresh it, it does show my logo. Don’t know if that gives you any clues.

Then a message pointed me to Google Analytics and said I needed to reference the https there too. I have been trying to do that and have verified my site with a Google code but it won’t accept my site name. Not even sure if that has anything to do with the original problem.

    Thanks.

Got it back. My web host provider helped me. I had gone to the Appearance, Customize area a few times since updating to the latest version of WordPress and Customizr. And I did not see the Header area available to upload my logo. Today; however, I could see the Header area and was able to upload the logo.
    Thanks. for your help.
