Logo not appearing

Hello
Unfortunately another logo issue I have to report. I have tried several sizes thinking that it may be related to size but it says logo is not found. It seems to be a URL problem. Interestingly it appears on the settings screen. It just does not show up on the pdf.
Kind help is needed
