Logo not appearing in header at top of pages, but appears when scrolling down

    On every page except for the home page, the logo does not appear next to my menu on the site header. However, when I scroll down, the logo appears and I am able to click it to go back to the home page. I want to logo to appear next to the menu on the header of all pages so there is an option to click it to go back to the home page (when at the top of the page).

    If the problem occurs only on the home page and on all other pages it works as it should, the problem must come from that side.

    First, you can try to change the logo image to see if it causes a problem or use the image widget instead of the logo widget.

    You can also set some other page to be the home page and see that the problem with the image is repeated, if it is not repeated then some content from the previous main page is causing the problem.

    To rule out the possibility of a plugin or theme conflict, please deactivate all your plugins (besides Elementor) and see if it helps.

    If it solves the issue reactivate them one by one to find the culprit.

    If it didn’t help, switch your theme (temporarily) to a default WP theme such as Twenty Nineteen and see if it makes any difference.
