Logo not appearing & menu bar appearing twice? Help!

Hello:
I’m trying to fix a couple problems on a client’s wordpress site. The problem is that the menu bar is appearing twice for some reason. It’s correctly placed below the header, but then the same menu is appearing to the right overlapping the right hand column.

I’ve also uploaded his logo and for some reason that’s not appearing in the header like it should.
