Logo Not Attached

I use this plugin on several sites hosted on wpengine. Recently we have noticed that none of the logos are being displayed in the header. We are also getting errors in the log files for the servers stating this:

PHP Warning: getimagesize(https://carcraftcollisioncenter.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/03/Carcraft-Collision-Center-Springfield-Virginia-50.png): failed to open stream: HTTP request failed! HTTP/1.1 403 Forbidden\x0d

Any idea why the output isn’t adding the logo to the header?
