Logo not displaying

  • First thank you for any and all help you may provide.
    I cannot seem to display a custom logo of .png or jpg format of any size in the Customize/logo&favicon section. My logo is less than 250×100 and when I upload the logo it will display a broken icon instead of the actual logo. The default text displays fine but any logo I put up doesn’t show up properly.
