Logo Not Displaying

  • I re-loaded a scaled logo size to my website but now the logo does not appear in the header. It’s all loaded like it should be, so not sure what the issue is?

    Currently, we can’t see the Astra theme activated on your website.

    Can you please activate the theme and let us know so that we can take a look at the issue you are facing and help you out accordingly?

    Please redirect me if needed. I, too, cannot seem to upload a new logo (Kristie) by visiting Appearance > Customize > Site Identity. I can change the favicon, but not the logo.

    I appreciate any help. I was not able to see how I could start a new question on the support site, so I’m chiming in on this thread.

    That’s strange you should find the setting right there as you are in the correct location.

    Here’s an article with screenshots to locate the Site Logo settings.

    Very grateful for your links. I have the Genesis/Kristie theme and have followed the steps in a similar way and I’m able to add the favicon, but not the logo. I wonder if the person I had work on my site commented-out the functionality of changing/adding the logo? If you happen to know where that code exists, I could restore it – if indeed that is the case.
